I've had many requests for more lotus design pieces and I wanted to make one with a sparkling red stone. This is a beautiful rose cut garnet and it's set in carefully sawed out and layered sterling silver. 
 
This is not an easy piece to make but it sure is fun and fulfilling when I see it all come together on my jeweler's bench. 
 
The setting is 37mm x 38mm and I've added a high quality 18" sterling silver wheat chain. I hope you love it as much as I enjoyed making it.
