This is a very special statement piece and I'm so excited to have it completed. I sawed out a stylized tree, or organic sprig, out of a piece of polished silver, and I placed it underneath an absolutely gorgeous rutilated clear quartz crystal. The combination of these elements together glow and shimmer from the tiny golden natural threads that run through the stone, and from the polished silver underneath. The tree shape adds a beautiful mystery to the already magical setting and stone. The setting is crafted using layers of sterling silver and 14K gold granulation on each side, with long 14K gold prongs reaching over the amazing dome of the clear stone. Pictures just can't capture how captivating this pendant is. It's definitely an eye catching jewelry piece and an heirloom.
 
The pendant measures 50mm x 33mm, and I've added a beautiful and substantial 18 inch sterling silver, diamond shape linked chain. I hand picked the chain to go perfectly with the look of the pendant.
 
As a side note: I have sealed the pendant on all layers of silver to maintain the patina on the outside of the setting and to maintain the shimmering polished silver on the inside.
